REFUND POLICY

When We’ll Replace or Refund

  • Damaged or defective items - If your magnet arrives scratched, broken, or faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge.  

  • Our mistakeIf we send the wrong photo, size, or quantity, we’ll fix it right away and ship a corrected order at no cost.  

  • Lost in the mail (our fault): If your order doesn’t arrive due to a shipping error on our side, we’ll resend it.  

 

When Refunds Aren’t Available

Because your magnets are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for:  

  • Change of mind after ordering  

  • Incorrect or low-quality images uploaded by the customer  

  • Minor scratches or imperfections that naturally occur in the production process and do not affect the use or purpose of the magnet  

 

Shipping Costs

  • f the issue is our fault(e.g., wrong item, damage, lost in transit), we’ll cover all shipping costs.  

  • If the issue is on your end(e.g., incorrect address provided, refusal to accept delivery), the customer will be responsible for return or reshipment costs.  

 

Limitation of Liability

 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Our  responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.  

 

 How to Request Help

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.  

  • Include your order number and a photo of the problem so we can help quickly.  

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
