1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Magnetic Memoirs, the owner and operator of this website and provider of photo magnet products and related services.

“You”, “Your” refers to the customer, user, or visitor accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services.

 

2. Introduction  

Welcome to Magnetic Memoirs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 

 

3. Eligibility  

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.  

  • By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.  

 

4. Orders & Customisation  

All photo magnets are custom-made based on the images and text you provide.  

  •  Please ensure your uploads are correct and of sufficient quality. We are not responsible for errors or poor results caused by low-resolution or incorrect images.  

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.  

 

5. Pricing & Payment  

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.  

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.  

  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.  

 

6. Shipping & Delivery  

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout.  

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays outside our control.  

  • If the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong item, damage, lost in transit), we cover shipping costs.  

  • If the issue is on your end, (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

7. Refunds & Returns  

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind, incorrect or low-quality images, or minor imperfections that occur in the normal production process and do not affect the use or purpose of the magnet.  

 

We will replace or refund only if:  

  • The item arrives damaged or defective  

  • We make an error in fulfilling your order  

  • The order is lost in transit due to our fault  

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.  

 

8. Intellectual Property  

  • All content on our website (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of Magnetic Memoirs and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.  

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images they upload. By uploading, you grant us a licence to use the images solely for the purpose of creating your product.  

 

9. Third-Party Links  

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.  

  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
